Oh my, I have the pleasure to interview Angus and Deirdre, This should be good, both are warriors and both are in love.
Me: Welcome Angus and Deirdre, Let's get started. So, what are your strongest/weakest traits?
Angus: My strength comes from my family—my clan. As for weaknesses, I daresay that would give our enemy the advantage if I stated them to ye.
Deirdre: My ability to stand beside this medieval warrior and fight alongside with him. He encourages my strengths—physically and mentally. Yet, this is a double-edge sword on my part. I tend to storm in before thinking the plan out, and that is my weak chink in my armor. I must remember that I’m not Superwoman.
Angus frowns. “Who is this Superwoman?”
Deirdre rolls her eyes. “Shh…I’ll explain later.”
Me: What are your fears?
Angus: That I will fail my clan and Deirdre once again.
Deirdre reaches for Angus’s hand. “I fear losing Angus in any battle. However, I have to push those fears aside. I must remember to love and live in the moment.”
Me: Most embarrassing thing that ever happened to you?
Angus starts to chuckle and Deirdre blushes.
Angus: Having a woman best me in the lists in front of my men.
Deirdre: Well…if you must know, it was during the same time in the lists. I was attempting to train without a gown. I borrowed—
“Stole,” interrupted Angus.
Deirdre: “Ahem…borrowed some trews and a tunic. As you can imagine, Kimi, I didn’t have a bra on and Angus pushed me into some snow. The tunic had become drenched and everything was visible underneath. My victory over Angus was short-lived.”
Angus winks. “’Twas a lovely view ye presented.”
Me: What is the trait you most deplore in yourself?
Angus: I often chide or push my brothers far too much. Yet, since my return, I have strive to better myself with them.
Deirdre: I’m too hard on others to learn quickly. I expect them to master a skill like the ones I have and it’s not fair. I am learning to have patience.
Me: What people does he/she most admire?
Angus: My Warrior Lady, Deirdre.
Deirdre: My Dragon Knight, Angus.
Me: If you were to get a gift, what would be the best gift to get?
Angus and Deirdre both look at each other with knowing smiles. “’Tis a secret between us,”
whispers Angus.
ME: What do you consider the most overrated virtue?
Angus: Believing ye are more righteous that others.
Deirdre: What Angus stated. It’s a virtue more overrated in the future than in the past. You would have thought we would have evolved as a people over the centuries. Sadly, we still have much to learn.
ME: Which words or phrases do you most overuse?
Angus shrugs. “None.”
Deirdre chuckles. “Excuse me, but you spew the words, bloody hell, frequently. As for myself, I tend to say, blast and damn far too much.”
Me: (Trick Question) What is your most treasured possession?
Angus: My wife’s love. ’Tis no other. Furthermore, I consider it a gift and nae a possession.
Deirdre: I cannot say at the moment. Ask me in a year, Kimi.
ME: What season do you enjoy most? And why?
Deirdre: Spring! When the land becomes alive and we can train outside. The snows have been horrible this year and we haven’t been able to be outdoors for very long.
Angus reaches for Deirdre’s hand and places a kiss along her wrist. “True. Although, our chambers make a wonderful place for training.”
Deirdre laughs. “If only we actually did any training, my love. You are sidetracked so easily by other activities.”
Angus roars with laughter. “So verra true, my Warrior Lady.”
Angus and Deirdre would like to present a gift to one random guest who leaves a comment. A journal with the cover of Dragon Knight’s Shield, Scottish pen, and a jeweled bookmark with a shield charm. GIVEAWAY ends Feb 11th, Thursday. Please feel free to ask anything, comment on anything here. Mary loves hearing from everyone.

love of this Dragon Knight.

danger, or burn them to ashes?
Excerpt:
His look was predatory, lustful, inviting, and she took a
step backward. Words failed her asshe took another step back.
He arched a brow and his smile became seductive. “Do I
frighten ye?”
“No!” she lied. Like hell you do! You’re as gorgeous as sin
standing there, and I want to rip your clothes from your body.
Pushing off from the wall, he stepped into the room and
silently closed the door behind him, his eyes never leaving hers. His hair hung
in soft waves past his shoulders, and her fingers itched to twine within them.
Her body ached in places so deep—longing for even the slightest touch.
“Are ye unwell, my lady?”
The burr of his voice so low—so sexy, she could only stare
at him until his words resonated in her mind. “No,” she replied softly, feeling
the flames of desire heat not only her face, but also her entire body.
This time when he took another step closer, Deirdre didn’t
back away. Now he stood so close she could feel the warmth of his breath across
her face—a mix of wine and pure male.
She watched mesmerized as he reached for a lock of her hair,
twining it around his finger. “So verra soft.”
Deirdre couldn’t breathe, as he let the curl unravel and
cupped her face in his hands. “Ye confuse me. Ye torment me in my dreams,” he
whispered against her cheek, sending a wave of pleasure down her spine.
Without thought, she groaned and leaned into him—his beard
grazing her cheek. She nolonger battled her mind for the man. “Kiss me, Angus.”
This time he groaned, capturing her mouth with savage
intensity and drawing the breath from her lungs. His tongue plundered deep, and
Deirdre opened fully the fiery possession.
